This website does not require an account, and it sets no advertising or analytics cookies: we do not count or track visits. The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.

The fonts, photographs and videos are served by this website itself, so reading a page sends nothing to another company.

Your selected dates, villa option and guest count are carried in the page address when you move from the homepage to booking. They are sent to Airbnb only if you choose to continue to a listing: that link carries your dates and guest count to the listing you picked. This website does not take payments or confirm reservations.

When you send a booking inquiry or a message, your name, email address, optional phone number, dates, villa option, guest count and message are sent by email to Suren and Alina through our email delivery provider. This website keeps no copy: once the email is handed over, the details are in the hosts’ inboxes and in the provider’s delivery records.

The hosts use these details to respond and to arrange your stay, and may keep the correspondence for as long as that takes. Do not include payment-card details or identification documents.

To protect the forms from abuse, the server notes the IP address each delivered inquiry came from, so it can limit how many one address sends. It stops counting an inquiry after ten minutes. The note is held in the server’s memory only and is never saved with your inquiry.

Contact the hosts if you have a question about your inquiry details or want them deleted.

Your local-guide favorites are saved only in this browser on this device. You can clear them in the guide. When you switch language, your place on the page, and anything you had typed into a form or the guide’s search, are kept in this browser for the moment it takes the other page to open, and then removed. The map loads only when you ask for it. Loading the map sends requests to OpenStreetMap, which receives technical information including your IP address to deliver map tiles; see its privacy policy (opens in a new tab).

Airbnb reservations and messages sent through Airbnb are governed by Airbnb’s privacy policy and terms. Links to Instagram, Google Maps and the venues in our guide lead to those services, which have their own policies.
