Villa Raya offers a four-bedroom option for up to eight guests and a five-bedroom option for up to ten guests. The full five-bedroom option has six beds and 5.5 bathrooms. Choose your option on the booking page and confirm the room arrangement before reserving.

The main villa has four bedrooms, each with a king bed. The separate Surf Shack has one queen bed and one sofa bed. The property has six beds in total and accommodates a maximum of ten guests.

Yes. Villa Raya has high-speed Starlink internet and Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Confirm any specific remote-work or room requirements with your host.

A cleaner comes every weekday. Breakfast is available during your stay, and a chef can be added for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ask your hosts about the breakfast arrangements and any service charges before booking.

Exterior cameras cover the back garden and pool, and a first aid kit is provided. Both Airbnb listings report that the villa has no smoke alarm and no carbon monoxide alarm. Children should be supervised around the pool. Contact your hosts about current safety provisions and any accessibility needs before reserving.

Only a five-⁠minute drive. The villa sits at the very top of the mountain, where the breezes are incredible, above Santa Teresa’s beaches, dining and surf. It is not a beachfront villa.

Ask your host to confirm the best route, current road conditions and whether your chosen vehicle is suitable for the drive up the mountain. Exact directions are shared through your booking. Free on-site parking is available.

We recommend arranging a 4×4 in advance for a stay at Villa Raya. The villa is at the top of the mountain, so plan transport between the house, beaches and restaurants. Confirm the final route, rental requirements and any transfer arrangements with Suren and Alina before arrival.

Costa Rica’s tourism board describes a dry season from mid-December to late April and a green season from May to mid-December, with rain, lush landscapes and some businesses closed for part of the wetter period. Use that as a planning framework, not a forecast: microclimates differ.
