Long lunches, a dip in the pool, nowhere you need to be. Villa Raya brings everyone together, with quiet corners to make your own.
Villa Raya is an ocean-view vacation rental in Santa Teresa, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. It sits at the very top of the mountain, where the breezes are incredible, and the beach is only a five-minute drive away. Choose four bedrooms for up to eight guests or five bedrooms for up to ten. Both options include the separate Surf Shack.

A large pool and a tub, a rancho for barbecues, fast Starlink internet, solar power with battery storage and filtered water from the property’s own wells. A cleaner comes every weekday, and a chef can be added for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Soft textures, tropical light and a space that feels like your own. Our separate guest house, about 100 metres from the main house, has a queen bed and a sofa bed, and is part of both ways to stay.
